FAQs

  • Are the mobile refrigeration trailers lockable?

    Yes the doors are lockable, we provide a key with each trailer.

  • We don’t have a power supply on site, can you provide a generator? What size generator would I need?

    Yes, we can provide you with a generator suitable for powering the chiller trailer. Ours are Honda powered 3 KVA long run petrol generators which comfortably power the mobile refrigeration trailer for a day.

  • Which areas in the UK do you cover?

    We are based near Reading, Berkshire and offer free delivery and collection within 30 miles of our depot. We cover the counties of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey, Wiltshire and London.

  • When will you deliver and collect the chiller trailer?

    We will contact you two weeks prior to the hire date to arrange a mutually agreeable delivery and collection date. For a typical Saturday event we would deliver between Wednesday and Friday (to give time for the food or drink to chill) and collect on Monday.

  • Do I need to insure the mobile refrigeration trailer while on hire?

    We include insurance cover within the hire price. However, we do ask that the trailer is located in a safe and secure location.

  • How is the fridge trailer delivered?

    We tow the refrigerated trailer behind a 4x4. Therefore please ensure adequate turning space for both 4x4 and the trailer.

  • I’ve been quoted a cheaper price. Can you match it?

    Subject to availability we will endeavour to price match any like-for-like quotation.

  • Can the refrigerated trailer be positioned anywhere on site?

    As long as the ground is flat and level and there is enough space for our 4x4 to deliver and turn around.

  • Do the fridge trailers come with racking?

    Yes. All our trailers come internal racking. Take a look at the photos to get an idea of how they look inside.
