Yes the doors are lockable, we provide a key with each trailer.

We are based near Reading, Berkshire and offer free delivery and collection within 30 miles of our depot. We cover the counties of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey, Wiltshire and London.

We include insurance cover within the hire price. However, we do ask that the trailer is located in a safe and secure location.

We will contact you two weeks prior to the hire date to arrange a mutually agreeable delivery and collection date. For a typical Saturday event we would deliver between Wednesday and Friday (to give time for the food or drink to chill) and collect on Monday.

We tow the refrigerated trailer behind a 4×4. Therefore please ensure adequate turning space for both 4×4 and the trailer.

Subject to availability we will endeavour to price match any like-for-like quotation.

As long as the ground is flat and level and there is enough space for our 4×4 to deliver and turn around.

Yes, we can provide you with a generator suitable for powering the chiller trailer. Ours are Honda powered 3 KVA long run petrol generators which comfortably power the mobile refrigeration trailer for a day.
